By reviewing the overall design and making it significantly more compact, it has become the lightest model in Shimano’s twin-drag series. The reels in this lineup are known for their highly rigid aluminium body (Hagane) that results in little energy loss due to flexing of the reel body. It is also equipped with “X-SHIP” for smooth reeling even under light loads. The synergistic effect of the large hollow knob, which fits comfortably in the hand, delivers smooth and powerful reeling power.
