Reels Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions
The Limited Warranty is valid for products distributed by TCE Sports Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia only. If you are outside of Malaysia, kindly contact your local Distributor/Dealer for assistance. Terms and Conditions may vary.
We will repair or replace, without charge, any Seahawk rods or reels (that come with a Warranty Card) purchased from Seahawk Authorised Resellers / E-sellers found to contain manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials for a period of One (1) Year from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for the original owner (First Purchaser) and is non-transferable.
Products purchased online without an authorized e-Seller ID (unauthorized e-Seller) will not be covered under warranty. These purchases will be subjected to parts, service and labour fee.
Once we have received the product from you, our service technician will carry out a thorough inspection to identify the issue. If cause is determined to be a manufacturing defect and is within warranty period, we will repair or replace the product and send it back to you at no extra charge.
If the problem is found to be caused by owner’s error ie. due to misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, normal wear and tear, or with parts missing, then the product is no longer eligible for warranty. In such cases, we will contact you (via contact information you provided) with a price estimate and payment request before starting any repair or service.
Replacements are subject to availability and TCE Sports Sdn. Bhd reserves the rights to replace the model with a different model of similar value if the model is no longer available. This limited warranty is not valid for rods and reels that have been tempered with, modified, subjected to repair not authorised by TCE Sports Sdn. Bhd, abused or damaged by the owner’s failure to provide necessary and reasonable maintenance.
For purchases made from Lazada / Shopee that’s not recognised as our Authorized e-Sellers, warranty is considered void. Parts, servicing, and labour fees apply.
