TEAM SEAHAWK ROD AND REEL LIMITED WARRANTY (Terms & Conditions)
This limited warranty is provided ONE (1) year from date of purchase by the owner. For breakage replacement, a nominal replacement fee (excluding freight charges) will be charged to the owner at a flat rate of 40% of the MSRP of the specific rod. TCE Sports Sdn Bhd will replace (one time ONLY) any team Seahawk rod (must be in new condition) without charges if there is any defect in its original workmanship.
- This warranty card must be filled in with details of the owner (complete with dealer’s company chop) and returned to TCE Sports Sdn Bhd upon service requirement. Incomplete cards will be considered cards will be considered VOID and service charges will automatically be applied.
- TCE Sports Sdn Bhd only accepts the Customer’s Copy of the warranty. Any other copy will be considered VOID.
- This warranty card is only valid for products distributed by TCE Sports Sdn Bhd within Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia only.
- Replacement of models are subjected to availability and TCE Sports Sdn Bhd reserve the rights to replace the model with a different model of similar value if the model is no longer available.
- This limited warranty does not cover parts that are subjected to wear and tear (caused by usage over time) and will be considered VOID if the damage is due to natural disasters, unauthorized alterations, or subjected to improper treatment and misuse.
- TCE Sports Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the above terms from time to time without prior notice.
