Features :
- X45
This manufacturing process involves layering spiral carbon fibres (90°), unidirectional fibres (0°) over three layers and two layers of carbon as helicoidal opposites (45°). These two crossed layers give the name Bias Cross Wrap. The wrapping of X45 guarantees true elasticity: a return to the original shape of the blank irrespective of the angle of load.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4PpZo3Q3aAA
- 3DX Cross
Multidirectional carbon fibres are structured through 3 equiangular axes (i.e. at 60°), to create a hexagonal carbon structure which maximises the rod’s resistance to compression under all angles. - Fuji Reel Seat
- Fuji alconite ring
- HVF Nanoplus Daiwa Techonogy
HVF NANOPLUSIn contrast to normal carbon fiber rods with high resin content in the space between the carbon fibers DAIWA HVF (High Volume Fiber) rods are made of a carbon fiber compound with less resin, called HVF. Since resin has a high weight, rods made of HVF are more condensed, more light weight and feature a faster action. Nanoplus: Resin material first is enriched with a nanoalloy compound and then is used for connecting the single carbon fibers, thus enabling the design of very lightweight and robust blanks.
